Nutley police asked for "special attention" from people living in Bloomfield, Montclair, Cedar Grove and Irvington. Reply NUTLEY, NJ -- The Nutley Police Department is asking for help finding a missing Essex County man who was last seen at a hospital in Montclair, authorities announced Thursday evening. According to Nutley police, Nathaniel Sheppard was last seen at Mountainside Hospital in Montclair on March 6. He hasn't been heard from since. Sheppard previously lived in Nutley and Irvington.
