MONTCLAIR, NJ — A chapter of the Foundation Against Intolerance and Racism (FAIR) has formed in Montclair and is seeking to expand its presence in the township. A representative of the Montclair FAIR chapter recently reached out to Patch with a statement about the group's launch, noting that its board of advisers includes Montclair native Coleman Hughes.
