MONTCLAIR, NJ — A new recreational marijuana business is coming to Montclair. The Montclair Town Council unanimously voted to pass a resolution that awards the town's first Class 2/Category E cannabis manufacturing license to TLEHL Inc. during their meeting on Tuesday. It clears the way for the company to open a facility at 127 Pine Street, Annex #2. Load Error The full resolution can be seen below. There are six classes of cannabis business licenses in New Jersey, including 'manufacturer.' While separate from another class, 'cultivators,' the two categories share similar licensing requirements in Montclair, including security, no public access and odor control.
